An absolute rarity and unique piece! A beautiful copy of the Les Paul Recording by Greco. The guitar has a mahogany body and neck, with a rosewood fretboard. Everything is adorned with multi-layered binding. There’s a belly cut on the back of the body. On board, low-impedance pickups give it a distinctive sound. And now we come to the electronics – it’s up to the owner to figure out what’s really going on here! We have a low-cut filter, two high-cut filters activated by a switch, a phase switch, an impedance switch, and two volume controls. All 100% passive!
The guitar has new frets, so no worries in that department. The visual condition, considering it’s 40-50 years old, I rate as good – there are scratches, there are dings, but nothing unsightly. The guitar has a slim, comfortable neck and doesn’t dive towards the headstock. Recommended!
