Fender Jazz Bass made in Japan in the first half of the 1990s. Classic 1960s-style combination: Olympic White finish, rosewood fretboard, and tortoise shell pickguard. The body is made of alder, with a maple neck and rosewood fretboard. The neck radius is 7.25”, nut width is 38 mm, and the neck profile is C.
The guitar has an electronics upgrade performed by the previous owner, featuring CTS pots (volume, balance, tone) and a large Orange Drop capacitor. The input jack, as always, has been replaced with a new one. The bass is equipped with original pickups and Gotoh hardware. This is truly solid hardware, far superior to what’s found in new guitars in this price range. The instrument’s condition, considering its 30-year age, is excellent – only minor signs of use and small dings are visible.
