Z korpusu i gryfu usunięto grubą warstwę poliuretanu. Nałożony został nowy, twardy i cienki sealer oraz cieniutka nitroceluloza: kolor Aztec Gold na korpus i główkę oraz bursztyn na szyjkę.
Progi wymienione na nowe medium jumbo, elektronika zrobiona od zera, nowy pickguard, gałki oraz nowe klucze (oryginalne były zdecydowanie najsłabszym punktem gitary).
Krótko mówiąc: instrument praktycznie zbudowany od nowa, tak jak trzeba 🙂

Korpus wykonany z litego mahonu.
Gryf w stylu starych Hofnerów i Mosrite’ów – cienki klonowy fornir klejony wzdłuż (to nie jest sklejka krzyżowa), lecz specjalna technologia dająca wyjątkową stabilność na skręcanie i wyginanie.
Na pokładzie dwa pickupy o charakterze zbliżonym do P90 oraz absolutnie masywny strunociąg z vibrato.
Gitara brzmi maksymalnie vintage, bardzo charakterystycznie, jest mega wygodna, choć trzeba uczciwie powiedzieć – nieco ciężka.
Polecamy z pełnym przekonaniem. Bardzo lubimy odnawiać Mosrite’y, bo po poprawieniu fabrycznych niedociągnięć to naprawdę sztosowe wiosła.
Beautiful Mosrite after a FULL, no-compromise restoration, done properly from start to finish.
The thick polyurethane finish was completely removed from both body and neck. A new hard, thin sealer was applied, followed by ultra-thin nitrocellulose lacquer: Aztec Gold on the body and headstock, and amber tint on the neck.
Brand-new medium jumbo frets, completely rebuilt electronics, new pickguard, knobs, and new tuners (the originals were by far the weakest point of the guitar).
In short: the guitar has been rebuilt almost from scratch, the right way 🙂

The body is made of solid mahogany.
The neck follows classic old Hofner and Mosrite construction — a thin lengthwise-laminated maple veneer (this is not cross-laminated plywood), a special technique that provides exceptional stability against twisting and warping.
Equipped with two pickups with a strong P90-like character and a massive vibrato tailpiece.
The guitar sounds extremely vintage, full of character, is very comfortable to play, though admittedly a bit on the heavier side.
Highly recommended. We genuinely love restoring Mosrites — once the factory shortcomings are corrected, these guitars turn into absolute killer instruments.
