Korpus wykonany z olchy, gryf: klon + palisander. Gitara cała w czarnym lakierze i z bardzo ciemną podstrunnicą — wygląda to naprawdę kozacko.
Na główce znajdują się jedne z najlepszych kluczy basowych, jakie widziałem — duże, ciężkie i solidne; sam takich używam w swoich gitarach.
Siodełko wykonane z kości, progi medium jumbo.
Szerokość szyjki przy siodełku: 42 mm, profil C, promień 7,25”.
Elektronika: pasywny ceramiczny pickup oraz klasyczny układ Volume + Tone — „siedzi” wszędzie, po prostu.

A black crow — Yamahas from the 1980s are among the best-built guitars made in Japan. I write this every time I list such instruments, and I know what I’m talking about — we’ve had quite a few of them.
Everything is honestly and precisely fitted, the frets are neatly installed, the wood is of very good quality, and the hardware is excellent.
Alder body, maple neck with rosewood fingerboard. The bass is finished entirely in black and features a very dark fingerboard — it looks seriously cool.
On the headstock you’ll find some of the best bass tuners I’ve ever seen — large, heavy, and solid; I use the same type on my own instruments.
Bone nut, medium jumbo frets.
Nut width: 42 mm, C neck profile, 7.25” fingerboard radius.
Electronics: passive ceramic pickup with a classic Volume + Tone layout — it sits well in any situation.
