Jeden z topowych modeli Yamahy z lat 80-tych w absolutnie magicznym burście!

Nie wiem, co lepiej wygląda: przód z pięknym, wzorzystym klonem (maple burl), czy tył, gdzie widać litą mahoniową dechę – a kompozycji dopełnia przepiękny burst niczym beczka z whisky na dnie 😉

Powtarzam również po wielokroć, że Yamahy z tych lat to jedne z najlepiej wykonanych instrumentów (nie tylko w Japonii!) Myślę też, że to jeden z najlepiej zachowanych Les Pauli jakie mieliśmy przez parę ostatnich lat. Naparawdę ciężko się doszukać jakiś uszczerbków – wygląda prawie jak ze sklepu!

Podsumujmy:
– Jeden z topowych modeli,
– Piękne drewno z eleganckim burstem (czarny burst bardzo rzadko spotykany w LP, to chyba pierwszy taki w naszej ofercie),
– Niesamowita jakość Yamahy z lat 80-tych,
– Stan bliski sklepowemu – drobne ślady użytkowania.

Jak już wspomniałem, korpus to mahoń z klonowym topem, gryf to klon + palisander, do tego pełny (oryginalny!) osprzęt Yamahy – porządne olejowe klucze i ciężki mostek/strunociag w niczym nie przypominające dzisiejszych wyrobów z gównolitu. Pikapy PAF, pasywna elektornika, gryf o przyjemnym, dość płaskim profilu. Brzmienie jest solidnie osadzone z długim sustainem i kremowym środkiem.

I don’t know what looks better: the front with its astounding maple burl top, or the back with its top-less mahogany – either way, the composition looks like a barrel of whisky with its dark burst 😉

I’ve repeated many times and will repeat ad nauseam: Yamahas of that age belong to the best instruments (not only in Japan!) I also think it’s one of the best-kept Les Paul we’ve had here in the last couple years. I find it really hard to spot any flaws – the guitar looks almost brand new!

Summing up:
– One of top models,
– Beautiful wood with an elegant burst (black burst is rarely seen on LP, I think it’s first time we’ve had one),
– Unparalelled Yamaha quality from the 80’s,
– Close to mint condition – minor signs of use.

As I said, the body is made of mahogany woth a maple top, the neck is a maple/rosewood combo, with a full (original!) Yamaha hardware – solid die-cast tuners and a heavy bridge/tailpiece unlike modern hardware made of shitalloy. There are PAF-style pickups, passive electronics and the neck of comfortable, pretty flat profile. The suond is solid, with lots of sustain and a creamy midrange.
